Scope of Work

Our designers worked with the design team and stakeholders to develop all the site and building exterior lighting for the hotel and entertainment complex consisting of the 4000 guest exterior performance venue Arlington Backyard, a 10,000 sq.ft. beer garden, Troy’s Restaurant courtyard, multiple dining and entrainment terraces, patios and plazas, a pedestrian paseo that bifurcates the hotel and entertainment complex feeding into the new Rangers ballpark, the hotel’s 8,000 sq ft exterior lounge, 9,000 sq ft garden terrace, 18,000 sq ft pool terrace and a 7000 sq ft roof top terrace. The lighting and controls were closely coordinated to work cohesively together while allowing each space to retain a unique personality supporting various brands and designed experiences.
